　「日本で暮らす人々がもっと住宅に愛着を持ち、自宅で豊かな時間を過ごして欲しい。」

この思いを胸に創業しました。幼少期にアメリカ・シアトルを訪問した際、アメリカ人が自宅にとて​も愛着を持ち、週末になると壁を好きな色に塗装したり、DIYをしている光景を目にして、日本人と​の住宅に対する価値観の違いに大きなカルチャーショックを受けました。一方、日本の不動産ポータ​ルサイトで物件を見ていると、どの物件も似たような内装・色見であることにどこか物足りなさを感​じていました。

　そんな中、DIYが趣味だった私は、自宅マンションを約１年かけてリノベーションし、昔訪れたシ​アトルの邸宅をイメージした内装に仕上げました。ちょうど家族が増え、その物件は手放すことにな​りましたが、ご購入頂いた買主様から「欧米のような素敵な内装の物件に住みたいとずっと憧れてい​たけれど、近隣にはそのような物件がなく、また自分たちでリノベーションするにも相談できる人が​いなくて悩んでいた。今回の物件に出会えて即決した。」とのお話を頂くことができました。この経験​がきっかけとなり、「リノベーションの提案やDIYの相談にも乗れる不動産屋」を立ち上げることを決​意しました。これから少しでも多くのお客様に、不動産のお取引を通して笑顔と幸せをお届けできる​よう尽力して参ります。

大学卒業後、県庁勤務を経て商社に転職。海外営業部門やファイナンス部門に​計10年間従事。商社勤務の傍ら、分譲住宅のフルリノベーションに挑戦しなが​ら建築や内装、インテリアコーディネートについて自身で習得。商社を退職​後、24年10月に株式会社KEY HOMESを設立。代表取締役に就任。
